Day 1 : Marrakech - Imlil - Start Of Hike To Toubkal - Refuge Of Toubkal :
Early in the morning, we will head to Imlil, where we will meet the drivers and begin our journey with a scenic climb to the village of Armid, passing terraced fields and irrigation canals. We continue our drive to the Sidi Shamharouch reserve before reaching the Toubkal refuge at 3,100 meters above sea level.
Day 2: Refuge Of Toubkal (3100 M) - Ascension Of The Toubkal (4167m) - Return To The Refuge :
The ascent of the highest peak in North Africa is relatively easy, without major difficulties, and it is recommended to leave early to take advantage of the morning freshness. From the summit of Toubkal (4167 m), the view extends over vast distances, offering glimpses of the Siroua massif and the plain of Marrakech. After the descent, we return to the starting point, where a tea break and lunch await us at the refuge, followed by a free afternoon. The ascent takes about 3 hours, while the descent takes about 2 and a half hours.
Day 3: Refuge Of Toubkal - Imlil - Marrakech :
After breakfast, we will begin a leisurely descent along the same mule track to the marabout of Sidi Chemharouch (2250 m), a revered saint known for his spiritual healing powers, often called the King of Devils. Lunch will be served in Imlil at an altitude of 1750 meters. The descent will last approximately 4 hours and we will return to Marrakech around 13:00. The total duration of the activity is estimated at 4 hours of walking and 1 hour and 20 minutes of driving.
