Terms of Sale
Aperçu
Our sales terms are applicable in accordance with the decrees of Moroccan law establishing the conditions for the exercise of activities related to the organization and sale of trips or stays. The service order is reserved for users who have read and accepted the sales terms. Refusal of any of the clauses will result in the interruption of the order. Our sales terms are attached to registration requests, invoices, and can be consulted on our websites. Their text can also be obtained upon simple request addressed to the company’s headquarters.
Validity of the Offer
Our offers are subject to availability at the time of registration. Our registration request and descriptions constitute preliminary information valid except for any sale in the meantime, the terms of which will be null and void if not signed within 24 hours of issuance.
PRICES: Our prices are expressed in euros and per person based on the exchange rates in effect on the day of the offer or publication. They should be verified at the time of registration. They do not include: Government taxes not in effect on the day of check-in, additional insurance to our liability described below, airport taxes, visa fees, personal expenses (drinks, surcharges, fees, penalties incurred) of the laws of the countries concerned, excursions not mentioned in the registration, tips, and in general any service not expressly included in the registration form.
Travel hours are indicated per day from Morocco to Morocco, including the day of departure (from the airport check-in) and arrival on the return, regardless of the schedule, time, and number of nights actually spent on site.
The duration of land services may be changed for reasons of transportation or in case of difficult circumstances without notice. We reserve the right to review our prices in the event of a significant increase in the cost of transportation, fees, insurance, taxes, and exchange fees between the day of registration and the day of departure. The revision would only be made for the additional cost that we would have to bear.
Payment
Registration becomes effective upon the client’s signature, provided that availability has not disappeared in the meantime. This registration implies the immediate payment of a deposit equal to at least 30% of the total amount. The following are not considered as settling the debt. The balance is payable no later than 30 days before departure without a reminder from us, under the conditions applicable to the deposit, otherwise, we would be entitled to terminate the contract without the buyer being entitled to a refund of the deposit or any compensation. In this case, the cancellation will be considered at the initiative of the clients.
Cancellation, Modification, Assignment
Trips and excursions are indicated per day from Morocco to Morocco, including the day of departure (from the moment of check-in at the airport) and arrival on the return, regardless of the schedule, time, and the actual number of nights spent. Responsability
Before registration and departure, the buyer must inform the relevant authorities, embassy, consulate, etc., about the police, customs, and health formalities required for their trip. They must personally complete these formalities and ensure compliance with the requirements of the authorities throughout their journey, under their full responsibility for themselves and accompanying individuals, especially minors. It should be noted that these formalities are subject to change. The information we provide is indicative and applies only to adults of French nationality. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for the consequences of force majeure, fortuitous events, or third parties.
We disclaim any responsibility for changes or cancellations of services due to weather conditions or events beyond our control. For the execution of our trips, we rely on various carriers who retain their own responsibilities towards travelers. The concept of civil liability (accident, fire, theft, etc.) varies according to the legislation of the countries concerned; travelers are advised to individually insure themselves with additional insurance, in addition to any purchased through us.
Cancellation
Due to the Organizer:
In the event that the organizer is obliged to modify all or part of the planned program, either because it does not gather a sufficient number of participants, for reasons beyond their control, or for reasons related to the client’s safety, the clients are entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid.
Due to the Client:
If the client cancels the registration more than 30 days before departure, a sum of 1000 DA will be retained. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days and more than 15 days before departure, a deduction of 20% will be made. Less than 15 days and more than 48 hours before departure, a deduction of 60% will be made. Within 48 hours before departure, a deduction of 90% will be made.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the end of the trip or service. Complaints related to the execution of the trip will be examined, and if justified, appropriate measures will be taken to address the issue. Failure to submit a complaint within the specified timeframe may result in the claim not being considered.
